Having cut her PR teeth at a leading UK-based technical PR consultancy, Véronique went on to become global PR lead at Avid Technology where for several years she managed the reputation of this icon of the media and entertainment technology industry. As a senior PR professional Véronique managed a number of PR agencies on both sides of the Atlantic over the years. Sadly, none ever provided what she was looking for: senior level support, true industry expertise and world-class copywriting skills. Identifying a true need in the market that was not provided by any of the larger agencies, Véronique decided to create her own specialist consultancy. A decade and some years later, she has managed the reputations of some of the biggest names in the industry and helped smaller organizations make a name for themselves, including AmberFin, Avid, BroadStream, GenArts, Izotope, Telestream, Signiant and Softimage to name a few. Having lived and worked in France, the UK, Canada and the US, she's now growing roots in the state where her options are to “live free or die”.
Doug has over 25 years of experience in the Media and Entertainment business. Before joining Highrez as a technology evangelist, Doug was senior product marketing manager for the professional video segment at Avid. From his beginning days working in the recording studio with the likes of Ringo Starr, Carl Perkins, Willie Nelson, Sting, and Dire Straits together with famous gear like the NED Synclavier, to being product designer for Avid’s Media Composer and Symphony software and Nitris hardware, he’s been fortunate to work and live in a lot of cool places such as London, Johannesburg and Boston. He now lives in rural New Hampshire with his French wife, their twin sons, multiple dogs, cats and chickens.
